For the past week I’ve been off the bike with the Flu. Today is the first day back and I was on the trainer. I missed yesterday’s Team GBF ride through beautiful Clifton, VA. I’d rather deal with any sickness early in the season than get sick during the month of April. Computrainer Class at Hefler Performance Coaching starts on Wednesday. The team will be going every Saturday morning to get smoked until early Spring. Nothing like an organized sufferfest. Tucson Training Camp is right around the corner (late February).
